Sales Kickoff 2022

On the 21st and 23rd of February, the Sales Kickoff 2022 took place at Intelliway, which had the premise of disclosing the results for the year 2021 and presenting the commercial goals and objectives for this year.

The event took place in a hybrid way. The first day was a face-to-face meeting with the commercial team and management inside the Hub at FUCAPE. With the participation of Rodrigo da Vitória, a professional with more than 15 years of experience training commercial teams, managers and companies with the Lecture “Arrancada de Vendas”.

Already on the second day, the event took place remotely together with Intelliway's national and international strategic partners and manufacturers.

Neolúcio Bragatto, Account Manager at Intelliway, says that the event brought together cutting-edge content from our directors and partners and consequent learning to use with our customers. In addition, we had moments that provided us with the best motivational experience as we got to know the company's growth and plans for the coming years.

Sales Kickoff 2022 was a propitious moment to strengthen the relationship between the teams, broaden the vision of the product and solution portfolio, as well as establish focus and goals for 2022.
